1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Adventure Kingdom Australia and using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and users of our amusement park facilities located in Australia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or visit our premises.

Adventure Kingdom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued use of our facilities after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Park Rules and Safety Guidelines

All visitors must comply with posted safety rules and regulations throughout the park. Adventure Kingdom prioritizes the safety and enjoyment of all guests, and failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Safety Requirements:

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Height and age restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions
• Visitors with medical conditions should consult with park staff before participating in activities
• No outside food, beverages, or dangerous items are permitted in the park
• Appropriate footwear and clothing are required for all attractions

3. Admission and Tickets

Valid admission tickets are required for entry to Adventure Kingdom. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as specifically stated in our refund policy. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Season passes and special promotional tickets are subject to additional terms and conditions.

Adventure Kingdom reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the park for any reason, including but not limited to violation of park rules, disorderly conduct, or safety concerns. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

4. Liability and Risk Assumption

Participation in amusement park activities involves inherent risks. Visitors assume all risks associated with their visit and participation in park activities. Adventure Kingdom Australia, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit to the park.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, visitors agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Adventure Kingdom from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from their use of park facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the park.

5. Photography and Media Rights

Adventure Kingdom reserves the right to photograph, videotape, and record visitors for promotional, security, and operational purposes. By entering the park, visitors consent to such recording and the use of their likeness in Adventure Kingdom's marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns without compensation.

Visitors may photograph and record their own experiences in the park for personal use. However, commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission from park management.

6. Lost and Found

Adventure Kingdom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend securing valuables in designated storage areas or leaving them at home. Lost items may be turned in to our Lost and Found department, but the park makes no guarantee regarding the recovery of lost items.

Items in Lost and Found will be held for a maximum of 30 days before being donated to charity or disposed of at the park's discretion.

7. Weather and Closures

Adventure Kingdom may close rides, attractions, or the entire park due to inclement weather, maintenance requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. Partial or full park closures may occur without advance notice for safety reasons.

In case of weather-related closures, visitors may be eligible for rain checks or partial refunds as determined by park management. No compensation will be provided for travel expenses or other costs incurred due to park closures.

8. Code of Conduct

All visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. Adventure Kingdom maintains a family-friendly environment, and the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Disorderly conduct, fighting, or harassment of other guests or staff
• Use of profane, abusive, or inappropriate language
• Smoking or vaping except in designated areas
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
• Climbing on rides, fences, or restricted areas
• Line jumping or saving places in queues

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Adventure Kingdom Australia are owned by the company and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Visitors may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any park materials without written permission.

The Adventure Kingdom name, logo, and all related characters and designs are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

10. Privacy Policy

Adventure Kingdom respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
